A: We want you to relax knowing that our trained staff can provide health care services within our scope of practice which include catheter/foley care, incontinence care, wound care, assistance with assistive devices, memory loss, blood pressure check, tube feeding, blood sugar testing, insulin administration, and medication reminders. Q: How do I make the travel arrangements?
A: Relax, and leave the planning to us! We can make your travel and hotel accommodations at the most reasonable rate. Or we can follow your travel plans if you prefer.
Q: How do I get to or from the airport?
A: Transfers can be made by our team - we can provide ground transportation to and from the airport with your companion. Alternatively, your aide can meet you at the airport, or at your destination. We’ll do what works best for you.
Q: Will you provide assistance at the airport and during boarding?
A: No worries; let us do the work! We will assist in checking you in at the airport. We'll carry your luggage, and assist with any of your needs at the airport to make sure you have a stress-free trip.
 Q: How do I know that my loved ones will be in good hands?
A: Please rest assured that you are safe and granted quality care. Our Compassionate Companions are experienced Certified Nursing Assistants, Medical Assistants, Home Health Aides/Direct Care Workers who have experience in patient care and customer service. All companions have completed training and an extensive reference/background check. Our staff is insured and bonded.
Q: How much does this service cost?
A: Because each family's needs and itinerary is unique, each fee is different. We would love to put together a quote for your trip, taking into consideration your specific needs.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We make payment convenient and reasonable for your family. We accept cash, checks, PayPal, or credit cards. There will be a $50 initial assessment fee, and 50% due at the time of booking your companion, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to travel. » Please click here to make payments online.
Q: Where do you travel?
A: Our diverse companions travel domestic and international except destinations that are declared unsafe by the United States Government. Compassionate Companions have training in diversity to accommodate all cultures, languages, and religions.
Q: Who do we service?
A. Everyone should be able to travel and have fun! We service any adult who has a disability or needs special assistance during travel. Our travel companions also accompany families with children who have special needs. Parents need their quality time and date nights.
